Happy New Year/Decade!

3 Jan

Ah, the somewhat-belated New Years post…well, there are many changes that have been, and will be, taking place. For starters:

  • Vulpiano Records: This is by no means complete, and very much ‘in beta’ – see also A Future in Noise, Label Feature: Vulpiano Records and this new interview with me conducted by Mark Zonda from Sleepwalking Mag. As I’ve said before: “The concept is based around each artist offering at least one single / EP / album for free (via Creative Commons licensing), while the option for distribution via digital stores and limited-run physical copies will be available all the while.” Stay tuned for more information on this – there are more releases to come and lots of tweaking to do with it until it is just right and ready to be promoted on a wider scale!
  • I may…possibly…be working on some covers with other musicians, maybe some soundtrack music, maybe a new little EP or single? And new press photos too? Hush-hush at the moment! ;P
  • On the A Future in Noise front, I plan to get back into the groove of posting – an array of special features are already dancing about in my mind…:P

Lots of plans for 2010! Hope all of you take some time to square your goals away (I recommend 43things for this, personally) and get down to accomplishing them. :)

Thanks for the support as always,

~Marilyn
