New Projects Set for Release: “Electronic Angel” Remixes + “Zug der Krautrock”!
12 Jul
Hello all!
- A remix pack for “Electronic Angel” has now been released! Check it out:

- “Zug der Krautrock”: Intended to be a bit of a tribute to the magnificent krautrock genre predominent in 1970s bands like Can, Kraftwerk, Cluster, and Faust, this is a non-album single that I have crafted in a special way that I am quite excited to be putting out later this month, with a new B-side, too! The cover art captures what I was going for with the track perfectly, and is by Mark Sgarbossa (of PopGroovy, who is a brilliant designer for album and poster art; you can check out some of his work at GigPosters, for artists like George Clinton, Peter Murphy, Franz Ferdinand!), check it out below:
- Working on a collaborative EP (or several!) with about 15 musicians I have come across through the vast interwebs, exchanging ideas and the like, trying to hone a ‘foresty’ cinematic vibe this time around…more on this as developments occur.
- I really appreciate all the positive feedback I’ve been getting from people sending me messages on here and getting in touch…it really inspires me to keep going with my music and how to improve! The press has been a pleasant surprise around the blogosphere too!- you can check out what people have been saying about New Limerent Object over at the press page here if you like: http://marilynroxie.com/discography/new-limerent-object-press-page/
And if you haven’t yet heard the new album, you can download it here as mp3s or a .ZIP!: http://marilynroxie.com/discography/new-limerent-object/
Cheers,
~Marilyn
